Wine Review: This ruby colored Malbec opens with a plum and strawberry licorice bouquet with a hint of sage. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with mild acidity. We also found it to be balanced, smooth, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is red plum and black cherry blend with notes of fine minerality. The finish is dry, and its medium tannins are nicely extended. The Panel would pair this Malbec with Italian bricole. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Deep purple in color with attractive magenta hues. On the nose, intense ripe plum and cherry aromas stand out, with spice notes, floral notes of violets, and notes of vanilla and chocolate from the wine’s aging in French oak. This achieves a nice complexity and fruit/wood balance. The wine is harmonious in the mouth, with minerality, balanced acidity, delicate tannins, and a persistent finish.
