Wine Review: This medium white gold colored Chardonnay opens with a golden delicious apple and almond bouquet with a hint of waffle cone and pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced with a very nice velvety texture. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe pear and oak blend with notes of nutmeg. We also detected some hint of mango, butterscotch, pineapple and spice. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for a very long time. The Panel would pair this Chard. Enjoy – KWGTP
