Wine Review: This pale ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a red licorice and ripe black cherry bouquet with hints of blueberry and hyacinth. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, nicely balanced, soft, seamless and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty black plum and wild cherry blend with notes of oolong tea. We also detected hints of teaberry, vanilla and minerality. The finish is dry, long and nicely extended. The Panel would pair this Pinot with a filet mignon or pan seared duck breast. Enjoy – KWGTP
