Wine Review: This pale coral colored Rosé of Pinot Noir from Blue Farm opens with a very faint cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth, fresh, and very approachable. The flavor profile is white pepper and gentle plum blend with notes of watermelon and saline. I also detected hints of ginger tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. I would pair this Rosé with a baked Dover sole. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2023 Rosé is a saigneé sourced from a selection of our Pinot Noir lots. Like previous vintages, this Rosé was inoculated with Assmanhausen yeast, barrel fermented and aged in neutral French oak for an additional 6 months.
