Wine Review: This clear and white gold colored Gewürztraminer from Boundary Breaks opens with an inviting lychee and rose petal bouquet with hints of ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and off dry. The flavor profile is a lychee and white peach blend with notes of candied ginger and cinnamon. I also detected hints of tangerine and clove. The finish remains off dry, and its flavors and acidity linger nicely. I would pair this Gewürz with chicken Normandy. Enjoy - Ken
