Wine Review: This pale straw colored Assyrtiko from Santorini opens with a mild yellow grapefruit and honey bouquet with hints of mango, peach and puff pastry. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied, nicely balanced, delicate and refined. The flavor profile is a tasty lime and saline blend with notes of tropical fruits including pineapple. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The Panel would pair this Assyrtiko with a flaky white fish. sushi or tuna carpaccio. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Bright yellow color, with aromas of exotic and citrus fruits, green apple, peach and grapefruit. A refined wine, zesty, with an intense metallic character, a rich body, wonderfully balanced taste and a long and strong aromatic aftertaste. Pair with mussels with wild rocket sauce.
