Wine Review: This almost clear copper colored Rosé from Brassfield opens with a fragrant red cherry and Macintosh apple bouquet with hints of red raspberry and peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, bright, fresh, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is fruit forward white peach and chalky minerality blend with notes of white tea, lemon, and clementine. We also detected hints of white pepper and a touch of mango. The finish is slightly off dry, and its flavors and acidity linger for a bit. We would pair this Rosé with a fish taco with a mango salsa or with a fresh fruit tart. Enjoy – Ken & Mark
