Wine Review: This ruby colored wine opens with an old oak infused black raspberry with a hint of cranberry. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced, soft, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild black raspberry with notes of old oak and a hint of black currant. The finish is dry and moderate tannins are a tad sticky. This Tempranillo would pair well with a tangy pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Tempranillo aged 14 months in American oak. Spice and leather complement the raspberry fruit and ferrous minerality of Rioja’s red soils in a complex and highly authentic style.
