Wine Review: This fresh, un-oaked Chardonnay from Long Island, NY is a medium straw color, with aromas of green apple, white peach, banana, wet slate, and honeydew melon. On the palate, it is bright, clean, and dry with medium body and medium plus acidity. There are citrus flavors of lemon and tangerine, with some green apple and saline. Tangy and slightly metallic with a moderate length finish. Serve with fried clams. - Mark
