Wine Review: This dark red colored GSM blend from Brotte is a very good deal. It opens with a black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry and oak blend with notes of mild minerality. The finish is dry and it moderate tannins linger nicely. I would pair this good value wine with spaghetti and meatballs. Enjoy - Ken
