Wine Review: This pleasant, easy drinking organic Spanish red blend is a translucent dark red color. There's a gentle bouquet of earthy blackberry, rhubarb, toffee, and geranium florals. On the palate, medium bodied, moderate acidity, balanced, fresh and juicy. I tasted flavors of black plum, pomegranate, caramel, blueberry, and spice. I also found some black cherry cola and anise on the mid-palate. The flavors really open up with a bit of air. Round tannins, fruit driven, moderate length finish. It would go well with chicken parmigiana. – Mark

Winemaker Notes: Deep garnet in color with violet notes. Good aromatic intensity showing forest fruits and floral notes. The palate is soft but firm, marked by a friendly tannin. Barrel aging gives a lightly spiced touch and a long, balanced finish.
