Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chard is from a new producer for me. It opens with a mild lemon and wet stone like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a spicy pear with infused new oak. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. Pair this Chard with chicken alfredo. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A wonderfully rich barrel fermented Chardonnay. A genuinely full flavored complex style, derived from combining three distinctly individual vineyards. Cantaloupe, lychees and ripe apple nuances dominate the palate in a frame of subtle French oak. Perfectly suited for aged cheeses and full flavored fish dishes or just by itself.
