Wine Review: This Vin Gris from Calera opens with a funky clementine and watermelon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and zesty. The flavor profile is a mild mineral influenced strawberry and clementine blend with hints of white pepper and touch of lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would enjoy this on a hot summer day served slightly chilled with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken
