Wine Review: This white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with Bosc pear and ginger bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, nicely round and savory for a Sauvignon Blanc. The flavor profile is a tasty pineapple and pear blend with notes of gentle minerality with hints of ginger and honey. The finish is dry and nicely extended. This unique Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with wild mushroom ravioli with a mild butter cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
