Wine Review: This brilliant straw-colored Chardonnay based blend opens with an apricot and mango bouquet with a hint of grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, balanced, and bright. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with notes of apricot pit and mild yellow grapefruit. I also detected hints of saline mixed in. The finish is dry and refreshing. This wine will appeal to fans of Sauvignon Blanc and would pair well with grilled swordfish skewers. Enjoy - Ken
