Wine Review: This clear and dark red colored Merlot based blend from Cape May Winery opens with a wild strawberry and red plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and gentle. The flavor profile is plum and raspberry tea blend with notes of stone dust. I also detected hints of cedar. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and refined dusty tannins linger nicely.
