Wine Review: This light-yellow colored Vidal Blanc from Cape May Winery opens with a golden raisin and apricot bouquet with hints of honey. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, and approachable. The flavor profile is slightly tart Bosc pear and mild pineapple blend with notes of green apple and saline. I also detected hints of ginger tea.
