Wine Review: This yellow colored Chardonnay from Oregon is very fragrant. Its bouquet is a pleasant ripe pear with hints of apple and honey. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with notes of butterscotch and a hint of lemon. The finish is dry and its fruit flavors and a little oak linger for some time. This wine would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy – Ken
