Wine Review: This bold red blend from Jumilla, Spain is a bright medium purple with lots of fine legs. The bouquet mixes maraschino cherry, smoke, earthy mushroom and vanilla notes. On the palate, it is dry and savory, with a medium body and medium plus acidity. Make sure to let this wine breath for an hour to fully enjoy dark plum, blackberry, dark cherry, minerality, black pepper and cocoa flavors. Go to the local BBQ joint and bring home some burnt ends and ribs to accompany this wine. Enjoy – Mark

Winemaker Notes: These four varieties are blended and aged four months in French oak. They come together to shape a well-structured, concentrated, and intensely aromatic blend. Velvety and round on the palate. Displays red fruit and mineral notes with a long finish.
