Wine Review: This deep purple almost black colored wine really colors your glass. The inviting bouquet is dark cherry, pomegranate, vanilla and baking spice. It is bold and very fruit forward. I found it to be medium plus bodied, dry and rich with mild acidity. It displays juicy flavors of dark plum, dark chocolate, coffee, with hints of blackberry and toasted oak. It has sticky tannins and prolonged dark fruit flavors on a long finish. I would pair this fruity Cab with a thick grilled pork chop. – Mark
