Wine Review: There is always something nice about a well-put-together bottle of sparkling rose wine. This was no exception. This sparkler had more of a salmon hue than raspberry and the bubbles were on the finer side. On the palate, the wine displayed fresh strawberries, hints of cranberry and toasted pecans. The acidity was well-balanced and allowed the flavors to linger without sticking. This Sparkling Rose would pair nicely with a fresh fruit salad and Caprese salad. - Nicolay
