Wine Review: This light gold colored Albarino from California opens with an interesting kiwi skin, oak and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and rich. On the palate, the flavor profile is a toasted oak, walnut and green apple blend. I also detected hints of nectarine pit and Honeydew melon. The flavors linger nicely on the finish. I would pair this Albarino with chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken (SIP Certified)

Winemaker Notes: Appearance: Pale lager yellow
Aroma: Wet stone, peach, melon, honeydew
Palate: Melon and pineapple, fullness in mid-palate with nice acid. Pair with seared scallops, mussels, tapas, or paella.
