Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Pecorino opens with a pineapple and Anjou pear bouquet with hints of clover honey, jasmine, gardenia, and ginger. On the palate, the wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is round, slightly viscous, and fresh. The flavor profile is a stony minerality, ginger and lemon blend along with notes of chamomile tea, green apple, and white pepper. The finish is refreshing and lingers nicely.
