Wine Review: This yellow colored wine opens with an attractive and classic Gewurz bouquet of lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a delicious ripe lychee with a light touch of spice. The finish is off-dry and very pleasant. This wine would pair perfectly with Asian dishes that include chicken. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Light yellow in color. Typical gewürztraminer nose. A wine of great finesse, ripeness and varietal purity, with fragrant rose-petal and grapefruit aromas. Well balanced. Ideal aperitif, which also goes very well with exotic cuisine, strong cheeses, desserts (if they are not too sweet).
