Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored Chianti Classico opens with a plum and gentle blackberry bouquet with just a hint of new leather. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a gentle old oak and mild black cherry blend. I also detected a hint of plum as well. The finish is dry and subtle. This wine is rather food friend and approachable. I would pair it with meat lasagna. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: It is the protagonist among Cecchi wines, Chianti Classico is exported worldwide. It is the wine in which the company identifies more. The main grape is Sangiovese. Red ruby tending to garnet with aging, fine nose, the taste is intense and persistent, its structure is large and with a great balance. Serve with red meats and rich poultry dishes.
