Wine Review: This light straw colored Champagne with nice streaming bubbles was very well received by the Tasting Panel. It opens with a mild bread dough, faint pear and clementine rind bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a mineral infused bread dough with notes of ripe lemon and tart Granny Smith apple. We also detected hints of walnut. The finish is dry and displays some good length. The Panel suggested pairing this very nice Champagne with broiled scallops or turkey. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The Brut Reserve boasts a deep golden hue. Delicate and long lasting bubbles. The blend offers a complex, elegant, voluptuous nose with a touch of freshly baked brioche and sundrenched fruits like mango, apricot and Mirabelle plum. Accented by pistachio and almond. The texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry, filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries. The finish unveils note of praline and vanilla.
