Wine Review: We really enjoyed this pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc. It opens with a grapefruit bouquet with hints of lemongrass, gooseberry and whetstone. On the palate, it is light to medium bodied with a pleasant, bright and crisp acidity. The feature flavors are lime, whetstone and refreshing minerality. On the finish, the flavors drift away nicely. This is a great summer sipper served slightly chilled on a hot summer day. - Stuart & Karen

Winemaker Notes: Fruit for our Sauvignon Blanc, principally sourced from our historic St. Helena estate. It has a wonderfully aromatic bouquet, along with a delicate flavor profile. This light to medium-bodied wine displays vibrant, finely balanced acidity with notes of lime and grapefruit on the nose and flavors of citrus and passionfruit on the palate.
