Wine Review: This is an inexpensive Riesling from Washington State that is a good value. It is light white gold in color, with white stone fruit and delicate florals on the nose. It is off-dry, slightly creamy, has a light to medium body and juicy acidity. Its flavors feature Bosc pear, white peach and a hint of lime, with a mineral core. The long finish has some light citrus notes to it. A crab stuffed sole would pair nicely. – Mark
Winemaker Notes: White peach, mandarin orange and apricot are delivered with a core of minerality that makes this dry Riesling shimmer with energy and freshness. Another epic vintage of Kung Fu Girl. Pair with spicy ramen, Sriracha pork tacos or Chinese takeout.
