Wine Review: This medium straw-colored Bordeaux blend opens with a very fragrant tomato leaf and yellow grapefruit bouquet. We also detected hints of asparagus, snap peas and grass clippings mixed in. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced between the medium acidity and it flavors. The flavor profile is mineral influenced gooseberry and mild grapefruit blend with notes of lime and saline. We also detected hints of asparagus, snap pea, and green apple. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this very nice white Bordeaux wine with baked haddock with buttered bread crumbs or grilled swordfish. Enjoy – KWGTP
