Wine Review: This coral and light salmon colored Rose from the Languedoc region opens with a watermelon and faint spiced jellybean bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, very smooth and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild saline, white peach, and watermelon blend with hints of white tea, red cherry, and white pepper. The finish is pleasantly dry and refreshing. This Rose is easily quaffable. A perfect pool or beach wine for this summer. It will be liked by all and will not last long. Enjoy - Ken
