Wine Review: This clear deep coral colored Grenache based Rosé from Chateau La Nerthe opens with a tangerine and strawberry bouquet with hints of crushed seashells. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, and smooth. The flavor profile is strawberry and tobacco blend with notes of oolong tea and mild apricot. I also detected hints of pink grapefruit, chalky minerality, and white pepper. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity fade away. I would pair this Rosé with tilapia fish tacos. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Delicate pink in color, this rosé has aromas of white peach, white flowers, and citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine is crisp and balanced with a zesty finish with a grapefruit note. Pair with ratatouille.
