Wine Review: This clear and dark red colored Cabernet Sauvignon based blend from Pauillac opens with a cedar and black cherry bouquet with hints of raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, silky smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is cedar influenced spiced plum and loam blend with notes of tart black currant and stone dust. I also detected hints of black tea. The finish is dry, and its flavors, acidity, and its very refined dusty tannins drift away nicely. I would pair this impressive Bordeaux with filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken (Tasted on 8/23/25)
