Wine Review: This very dark ruby Cabernet Sauvignon based wine from Haut-Medoc opens with a cherry-cola and mild oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth and fresh. The flavor profile is a pleasing black currant and gentle mineral blend. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins build up and drift away nicely. I would pair this wine with homemade meatloaf. Enjoy - Ken
