Wine Review: This pitch black colored wine from Saint Estephe is very good and food friendly. It opens with a blueberry bouquet with a hint of leather. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, smooth, and easy going. The flavor profile is a mild cedar and cherry blend with notes of nicely integrated minerality. I also detected hints of plum as well. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are friendly. This Cab-Merlot blend would pair perfectly with beef bourguignon. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Colour: intense and deep red with violet hues Nose: Beautiful harmony with floral notes supported by aromas red fruit Palate: soft and voluptuous. Structured wine with great depth and fleshy tannins Final: Tasty, precise and persistent
