Wine Review: This California Cabernet Sauvignon is a great value! It is a deep purple color and it has a bouquet of cranberry, blackberry, vanilla oak and warm nutmeg. It is medium to full bodied and is tight and dry. It has some structure and mild acidity. Flavors of concentrated blackberry, red cherry, cranberry, mocha and light oak. The finish is dry and fruity with nice sticky tannins. I would suggest a Five Guys bacon cheeseburger with this. - Mark
Winemaker Notes: Chateau Souverain Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby-purple in color and boasts vivid aromas of roasted vanilla, mocha and baking spices with elegant layers of blackberry and ripe cherry flavors. Balanced fruit, acidity and round tannins lead to a juicy, lingering finish.
