Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc is a very good value. It opens with a gooseberry bouquet with hints of stone fruit. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced gooseberry with notes of lime, tangerine and apricot pit. The finish is very refreshing. This wine would pair well with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
