Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a mild grapefruit bouquet with hints of lime and melon. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is tasty lime and green apple blend. The finish is dry and very nicely refreshing. This would be a perfect wine for swordfish steak. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This 100% Sauvignon Blanc from our Horse Heaven Vineyard is a restrained, elegant and delicate Sauvignon Blanc as an expression of the cooler vintage. We used partial stainless steel fermentation to preserve the Sauvignon Blanc’s clean, pure, vibrant character and fresh, crisp quality.
