Wine Review: This is a very nice value offering from Washington State. The color is yellow with a green tinge. The exotic bouquet of peach, white flowers, mandarin orange and a hint of lime is enticing. It is medium bodied, smooth and dry as advertised by the name, and has zesty acidity. The flavors are simple, but mouthwatering. Peach, lemon-lime and granny smith apple are featured. The finish is long and dry with tart citrus notes. I would suggest enjoying this Dry Riesling with Pad Thai Noodles. - Mark

Winemaker Notes: The Chateau Ste. Michelle Dry Riesling is a dry, refreshing style of Riesling with beautiful fruit flavors, crisp acidity and an elegant finish. It offers inviting sweet citrus aromas and flavors. This is an incredibly versatile food wine and my favorite with oysters.
