Wine Review: This French Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley is pale straw colored, with aromas of pineapple, fresh cut grass, jasmine florals, lemon zest and white peach. Refreshing and bright on the palate, it has elevated acidity, a light body, and is clean and pure. I found flavors of green apple, chalky minerality, and lemon-lime with hints of pineapple and flint. The finish is zesty, savory, and slightly muted. Serve chilled with tempura shrimp. – Mark
