Wine Review: This light white gold colored wine opens with a fragrant and inviting pear like bouquet with a hint of rose. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, lively and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with hints of lime. The finish is dry and its mineral notes linger for some time after the wine is gone. This wine was made for chicken piccata or chicken florentine. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Pale yellow. Nose dominated by mineral perfumes. Even register stops some which develop also pleasant floral and fruity perfumes. The final returns towards the mineral fragrances, an expressive and typified vintage.
