Wine Review: This dark red colored Grenache based blend opens with a mild black cherry bouquet with hints of iron filings and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a clove and red currant blend with notes of red licorice and cedar. I also detected hints of cinnamon. The finish is dry, and its flavors are nicely extended. I would pair this Grenache based wine with Spanish paella. Enjoy - Ken
