Wine Review: This dark garnet colored Pinot Noir from Chenoweth opens with a black cherry and mild teaberry gum bouquet with a hint of marionberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with nicely integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is well-balanced, silky smooth, and seamless. The flavor profile is a black cherry and mild teaberry gum blend with notes of marionberry and stone dust. I also detected hints of cedar, gentle clove, and black plum. The finish is dry and its flavors and barely any tannins fade away nicely. I would pair this Pinot Noir with duck confit. Enjoy – Ken
