Wine Review: This light coral colored wine opens with a faint red cherry and strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and easy going. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused clementine with hints of mild red cherry and touch of strawberry. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This wine is gentle thru and thru and a nice introductory dry Rose. I would pair it with garlic butter shrimp. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The Chloe 2015 Monterey County Rose is a Pinot Noir-based blend that is light and elegant in style. This dry Rose is ballet slipper pink in color, offering delicate notes of fresh strawberries, raspberries and watermelon on the nose and palate. The blend is crisp and well-balanced with bright acidity and a creamy mouthfeel.
