Wine Review: This deep garnet colored wine made with Rhone grapes from Cline opens with notes of Bing cherry, red raspberry, cedar and pepper bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth and velvety. It displays tons of vanilla, nutmeg, white pepper flavors along with its raspberry and cherry fruit flavors. The finish fades away nicely. We would pair this wine with a chocolate truffle raspberry cake. We also think it would be fine to sip on its own by the fire pit. - Stuart & Karen

Winemaker Notes: Enjoy our red wine blend with rich aromas of ripe cherry and raspberry leading to generous flavors of red berry fruit, chocolate and plum with hints of cracked black pepper. Smooth and delicious.
