Wine Review: This kitchen sink white blend is interesting. The grapes are farmed using "natural" methods. It is pale straw with a salmon tinge in the glass and opens with peach, waxy florals and mango on the nose. It is slightly off-dry, medium bodied, has gentle acidity and coats the mouth. It has decent structure and flavors of lemon, stone fruit, green apple, integrated minerality and some honey notes in the back end. The finish is smooth and long with pleasant lime notes. Enjoy this white blend with some spicy General Tso's chicken. - Mark
