Wine Review: This light-yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mild mango and honeydew melon bouquet with hints of pear. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic, viscous and round. The flavor profile is mineral and white pepper influenced green apple. I also detected hints of mushroom and lemon zest in the background. The finish is dry and its drifts away nicely. This Chard would pair well with broiled grouper parmesan. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Made exclusively using grapes from our own acclaimed Carneros estate vineyard, which we have been farming for more than four decades, this Chardonnay leads with vibrant aromas of cotton, vanilla and jasmine flower. On the palate, balanced acidity gives the wine a smooth mouthfeel with a refreshing green apple finish.
