Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a lime zest and light grapefruit with hints of lemon and honeysuckle. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. We also found it to be balanced, smooth and elegant. The flavor profile is a tasty mild mineral and gentle grapefruit blend with hints of peach pit, lime and ginger. The finish is dry and refreshing. The Panel would pair this Sauvignon Blanc with sushi, ceviche or fried calamari. Enjoy – KWGTP
