Wine Review: This dark ruby colored wine from the Graves region Bordeaux is very good. It opens with a black cherry and mild oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a flinty mineral infused black currant with notes of oak and hints of plum and black tea. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins fade away nicely. This wine would pair nicely with sautéed veal medallions in a light brown mushroom sauce. Enjoy - Ken
