Wine Review: This light yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a green pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly creamy. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple with notes of gentle minerality and a touch of oak towards the back palate. The finish is dry, pleasant and lingers nicely. This very nice Sauvignon Blanc would pair perfectly with white vegetable lasagna. Enjoy - Ken
