Wine Review: This opaque dark ruby colored wine opens with a smoky oak and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry and oak blend with a hint of black pepper. The finish is dry and its medium tannins linger. This wine would pair well with beef brisket. Enjoy - Ken
